Stateline Builders offers a wide variety of portable storage buildings. Using the finest quality materials to ensure a long lasting product. Our standard buildings are built to code and come with a certified engineers drawing for VA and NC. We offer many options, allowing you to customize your building to meet your needs.
Siding available in duro-temp, fur T1-11, and lap cedar painted your choice of colors or a natural wood color sealer. Siding also available in vinyl, with 16 different colors to choose. Premium vinyl products such as cedar shake also available.
Heavy duty floors. Our standard floor starts with a foundation of 5 treated 4x4 skids running the length of the building, with 2x4 treated floor joist placed 16” inches on center and 5/8” ply wood decking. If this isn’t enough for you, we offer 2x6 floor joist, ¾” tongue and groove, or double 5/8”. You can also choose treated or untreated decking. If you have something really heavy going in there you can choose the 12” on center option. Strong enough to hold a car, truck or heavy equipment.
